Lamicoids (or Lamacoids ) is a trade name used in the construction industry for rigid phenolic engraving material. It is a laminated 2 or 3-ply plastic engraving material. When engraved through the face color, the base color is exposed. They are also called nameplates, legend plates, plastic tags, valve tags and are suitable for indoors and outdoors.
Lamacoids are attached by your choice of 3m adhesive, rivets, ty-wraps in metal or plastic or holes for screws. Most common colors are white with black text, black with white text, red with white text, white with red text and yellow with black text.
